I've been married for 15 years and have two children 13 and 9. I work full time, and spend my weekends with my kids. When they're not playing sports and having play dates with their friends we just enjoy relaxing at home. I've been battling weight loss my whole life, I've tried every diet and never had much success until I was introduced to Selvera. Selvera has taught me that it's not just a diet it's a way of life.
