While you work or pursue work, don't forget about your health. You may be the picture of health right now or you might be dealing with some crucial issues. Regardless of which category you are in, remember to make your health a priority (mental and physical). We really love discussing work at home opportunities, but in our excitement and drive, we hold fast to the idea that our health can suffer if we don't make it a priority. Some of us are sitting at a desk constantly, using computers, basically just stationary while getting work done. As a result, all kinds of problems can arise. Don't forget to go for walks, continue to take your trips to the gym, get up and stretch, run with the kids, whatever it is you do to stay in shape...keep doing it. Also, please, please, please eat healthy. It's hard, we know, sometimes, but it's so worth it. Your results will be your reward. Lastly, free your mind, relax and even meditate if you need to. We're not saying you need to be a health Nazi just because you are working at home. We do advocate that you take those extra steps to hold on to your happiness and hold on to your health.
