Aimed at keeping you healthy and happy with the tasty flavors, you are provided with a daily (or two if you like) dose of 1,000 mg Vitamin C to aid you in having a super defense against what could possibly ail you. To add to the power fizz, there are 24 nutrients like Potassium and Manganese and 7 B vitamins such as Vitamin B12 and Niacin. After receiving this product along with other flavors, including raspberry, cranberry-pomegranate and others, there was a noticeable difference in energy and vitality. The antioxidants and electrolytes truly worked in conjunction to refresh and replenish the body and provide daily needed energy. The only thing noticed about the overall makeup of this supplement is that there are artificial sweeteners which are a part of the ingredients: aspartic acid, fructose, malic acid and maltodextrin. Because of the goals of the product and the perceived holistic approach and effects, it would probably be much healthier to simply sweeten with natural sugar, i.e. cane sugar (which some flavors do use in part).
